Technical Analysis: Basic understanding of data center infrastructure, data warehouse, cyber security, and cloud services. Understanding client’s requirement for Infrastructure, Application, and Data migration to cloud.
Quantitative Analysis: Build business cases to justify technology innovations by identifying relevant cost heads
Financial Analysis: Building a robust financial model to showcase TCO, NPV, IRR, Payback period, and other metrics for data-driven decisions for cloud migration/digital transformation.
Account Management: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that clients’ needs are understood and satisfied. Oversee and manage activities of stakeholders from different teams to ensure all work is in line with laid down procedures for the project.
Excel Modelling: Strong excel skills to create a business case model
Business Model Innovation Capabilities: Formulate strategy with key insights drawn from industry research sources (Gartner, Forrester etc).
Presentation Skills: Present analysis and recommendations to a C-level audience. Must be highly proficient in PowerPoint.
Communication: As a client-facing role, it requires managing stakeholders in geographically dispersed virtual teams proactively. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
