Quantitative Analysis: Build business cases to justify technology innovations by identifying relevant cost heads
Financial Analysis: Building a robust financial model to showcase TCO, NPV, IRR, Payback period, and other metrics for data-driven decisions for cloud migration/digital transformation.
Account Management: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client’s’ needs are understood and satisfied. Oversee and manage activities of stakeholders from different teams to ensure all work is in line with laid down procedures for the project.
Excel Modelling: Strong excel skills to create a business case model
Business Model Innovation Capabilities: Formulate strategy with key insights drawn from industry research sources (Gartner, Forrester etc).
Presentation Skills: Present analysis and recommendations to a C-level audience. Must be highly proficient in PowerPoint.
Communication: As a client-facing role, it requires managing stakeholders in geographically dispersed virtual teams proactively. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirement Analysis: Gather, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements from various stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Elicitation: Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis to effectively elicit and clarify requirements from stakeholders.
Modeling: Develop models (e.g., process flows, data models, use cases, user stories) to represent requirements and business processes accurately.
Verification & Validation: Ensure that requirements are complete, consistent, and meet the business needs through review, traceability, and user acceptance testing
Methodology Development: Define, implement, and continuously improve business analysis frameworks, best practices, and standards to support project success.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business users, development teams, and project managers to ensure smooth communication and effective solution delivery
Documentation: Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and other related documentation.

Content & Thought Leadership – Create compelling content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos) to position Click2Cloud as a leader in cloud assessments, migration, and FinOps.
Digital & Social Media Marketing – Drive engagement through LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms to promote Microsoft & Click2Cloud solutions and thought leadership.
Event Marketing – Plan and execute marketing campaigns for global industry events, webinars, and partner summits to showcase Click2Cloud’s innovations.
Partner & Ecosystem Marketing – Collaborate with Microsoft, Huawei, Baidu, and open-source communities to drive joint GTM initiatives.
Lead Generation & Analytics – Optimize lead gen campaigns, track KPIs, and improve marketing ROI using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads.
